One of the first garments I ever created. I started with a sketch that combined a variety of construction and patternmaking skills including pleating, collar, and button extension. The cotton shirt details includes an oversized peter pan collar with pleated yoke and ruffle detail, and cuffed sleeve with placket. The wool skirt details include assymetrical pleated design with waistband and invisible zipper.
